About Susel

A story of
body, presenceand transformation.

My work begins with a simple conviction: the body speaks, remembers, and can also open new paths. I support body and emotional processes through listening, presence and respect for each person’s rhythm.

“The goal is not to force change. It is to create enough space for the body to show what it needs.”

My journey

The path that led me to the body

My approach grew from a deep observation of the body and of what we cannot always put into words. Over time, that listening became a way of working centered on regulation, body awareness and reconnection with oneself.

In every process, I aim to create a human, clear and safe space: somewhere there is nothing to prove or perform. The starting point is always the person exactly as they arrive.

In my own words

My story, told by me

This is where Susel can introduce herself in her own voice: her journey, what led her to this work, and what she hopes to offer the people she supports.

My approach

Support without imposing

The intention is not to tell you who you should be. It is to help you listen more clearly to what is already happening inside you.

01

Body listening

Notice sensations, tensions, rhythms and body signals as valuable information within the process.

02

Regulation

Create conditions for the system to lower intensity, regain space and return to a greater sense of safety.

03

Awareness

Recognize patterns and internal responses without judgment, so a different relationship with them can emerge.

04

Integration

Bring what emerges in a session into decisions, boundaries, relationships and everyday life.

S.O.M.A Method

A way back to yourself

S.O.M.A brings together body safety, conscious observation, movement and regulation, and integrated action. It does not aim to disconnect you from what you feel, but to help you move through it with more presence and resources.
